If this is your first clean or if you haven’t booked in 3 months additional cleaning time is usually required. First visits require more time and elbow grease than subsequent visits. As we work by the hour, you can book as many hours as you need and can let us know priorities and the level of cleanliness. Future cleaning visits will become more efficient as we get to know your place.

To schedule an appointment just text or call us at 672-513-4634 or email at credenceclean@gmail.com. Our schedule works on a first-book, first-serve basis. You can book a one-time appointment or have a recurrent schedule. We ask for a minimum appointment time of 3 hours. Special requests for shorter appointments are possible.
We try our best to be punctual, but we ask for a 15-minute window of time to arrive. Some traffic or parking delays are unpredictable. If we start later than our original appointment time, we will stay for the full time requested. If for any reason this isn’t possible, you will only be charged the time worked and we will do our best to complete the service as best we can.

We bring our own equipment with us. Our professional vacuums are equipped with Anti-Allergen Complete Seal Technology and HEPA filters to ensure that harmful particles such as pollen, pet dander and dust mites are not released.
Please request specialty cleaning 24 hours prior to your appointment, to ensure we bring all the necessary equipment (carpet cleaner, upholstery cleaner, ladder, etc.).

Eco-friendly supplies
For the health of your family and pets we use natural products as much as possible. With cleaning products based on vinegar and alcohol or enzymes, you get all the benefits of antibacterial and antiviral sanitation without toxic chemicals. To support a sustainable planet, we primarily use washable cloths.
If you prefer conventional products, or stronger chemicals, please let us know prior to booking. If stronger chemicals are needed or preferred, such as oven-cleaners or bleach, extra ventilation may be suggested.

Personal Service Experience
We are a small start up company in the progress of growing. Only one person will come to your location at the time. As you will have the same cleaner for every visit, a trustful relationship can be established, and you will only need to explain preferences or special requests once. This model will ensure consistency and quality with every visit.

Contactless Cleaning Option
We accommodate contactless cleaning, or you can be present during our appointment. If you are not home during the cleaning, we can discuss specific priorities or details (i.e. entry and exit, keys, alarms, pets who might surprise us) prior to booking.

• Cleaning of carpet and upholstery

• Cleaning of extreme messes after parties
• Pest control tasks (empty mouse traps, clean up cockroaches, etc.)
• Parking fees, if no free options are available
